It’s not surprising that logos have become such important parts of our world. Logos represent the mission and vision of a company, reflect the company’s values and principles, and tell the world who we are and what we do.
Mentors 4 College is thrilled to unveil our new logo! Our new logo features a person helping to lift up another person. How does this reflect who we are and what we do?
Our goal at Mentors 4 College is to help high school students and their families understand and navigate the college selection and application process. Our highly-trained, volunteer mentors work one-to-one with students & families to choose their set of best-fit schools and provide guidance through the whole process. Best of all, students get this help for FREE! Along the way, we work with high schools and community organizations, all with the goal of creating more college-savvy communities.
How does our new logo reflect our work?
If we do our job right, we lift up the students, giving them the individualized help they need, steering them toward the best resources, giving pep talks when needed, and helping them to achieve their goals and dreams.
If we do our job right, we lift up the parents, providing them with the support they need to make decisions for and with their teens that will be the best for all of them – for now and in the future.
If we do our job right, we lift up the mentors, offering them an opportunity to give of their time and skills to work with these wonderful teens and their families. As we all know, the more you give to others, the more you get back in return.
If we do our job right, we lift up the high school counselors and the staff at community organizations, supporting them as they do the hard work every day of providing support systems and resources for the teens and their families.
If we do our job right, we lift up the entire community, educating everyone about the value of attending college and creating a culture where attending college is a dream that can be realized by every teen.
